Anyone walking to work in a Singapore afternoon. Suede sneakers, canvas totes, a bag you are nervous about. Especially worth it on light coloured pieces, where one coffee ring is the whole problem.

A water based, biodegradable formula with a mild clean scent. PFAS free, with no fluorinated compounds in the formulation. Non aerosol fine mist pump. Net volume 180ml.

Works on smooth leather, lambskin, vegetable tanned leather, suede, nubuck, coated canvas, exotic leathers, fabric, nylon and cotton.

Use in a well ventilated area. Do not inhale the mist. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30 degrees Celsius, away from sunlight.

Use outdoors or somewhere well ventilated.
Shake gently. Hold the bottle upright, about 20cm from the surface.
Spray slowly in one to two light, even coats.
Air dry for 60 minutes between coats. Two coats is enough for coated leather. For more porous materials, build up to six.

Applied too much? Blot gently with a dry cloth. Reapply every four to eight weeks with regular use, or when water stops beading.

On leather goods, this is the last step: clean, then nourish with Leather Care overnight, then protect.

Is it PFAS free?

Yes. There are no fluorinated compounds in the formulation. Most waterproofing sprays on the market still rely on them.

Will it darken suede?

There can be slight temporary darkening on suede and pale materials while it is wet. It resolves as it dries. Test a hidden area first.

Does it work on coated leather?

Yes, though coated leather is already partly sealed, so two coats is enough. The difference between coated and uncoated, and why neither is safe from mould in the tropics.

How long does it last?

Four to eight weeks with regular use. When water stops beading on the surface, reapply.

Can I use it on a brand new bag?

Yes, and that is the best time. Protecting before the first mark is easier than dealing with the mark.

Does it work on fabric?

Yes. Nylon, cotton and coated canvas all take it.

Not tested yet. Bought for my suede bags as I heard they are sensitive to br used especially in wet weather.

I bought the Anaya water and stain repellant to care for my leather bags and it has been effective. The water droplets do not seep into the bag so it makes going out with them much easier these days.

Now, my canvas tote bag is fully waterproof, so everything inside stays completely dry. Most importantly, the formula is biodegradable and non-toxic!

First time trying the Anaya Water & Stain Protector so I did a patch test on my leather bag. The spray is really easy to use. Just spray evenly and leave bag to dry. It forms an invisible protective layer and there�s no strong smell or sticky residue. Water beads up on surface and doesn�t stain the bag. Amazing! Best to spray a few layers for even protection. The protective layer will help repel rain, water, accidental spills & stains.

This spray is honestly super shiok for my shoes, after using it, water just slides off like magic and my sneakers stay totally dry.
